Booking Process

Use the booking form on our homepage. Select departure or arrival transfer, fill in your pickup/drop-off location, airport, date, time, passengers, and vehicle type. Our team confirms within 5 minutes via SMS or email with driver details.

We recommend booking at least 2 hours in advance so we can arrange the most suitable driver and vehicle. During peak periods (holidays, Lunar New Year), we recommend booking 1-3 days in advance.

Absolutely! You can book for family, friends, or business partners. Please include the passenger's name and contact number in the notes field, and we will contact the passenger directly to confirm pickup details.

After submitting your booking, we will send a confirmation via Email and/or SMS within 5 minutes including all booking details. If you don't receive confirmation within 10 minutes, please contact our support team immediately.

Yes, please contact our support team as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate the change. Modifications made more than 4 hours before departure are usually manageable, subject to driver availability.

Night service (23:00–06:00) may incur a small late-night surcharge depending on the itinerary. This will be clearly stated in the quote with no hidden fees, so you can book with confidence.

You can contact us via the website booking form, LINE, or phone. Once you provide trip details (origin, destination, date, time, passengers, vehicle type), we will respond with a complete transparent quote within 5 minutes.

Absolutely. PickUpTrip provides full English, Japanese, and Korean service at every touchpoint — from the booking inquiry to the driver on the day. Simply specify your preferred language when booking and we'll assign the most suitable driver. Our LINE customer service team also handles English queries 24/7 at @219dedws.

For Golden Week (late April/early May), Lunar New Year (January/February), and summer holidays (July–August), we recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance as vehicles fill up quickly. For regular dates, 24–48 hours advance booking is usually sufficient. Urgent same-day bookings may be possible — contact us directly via LINE for fastest response.

Most PickUpTrip tours operate rain or shine — many attractions are beautiful in rain (Jiufen's lantern reflections on wet stone steps are particularly magical). If severe weather (typhoon warning, trail closures) affects safety, your driver will proactively contact you to offer itinerary adjustments or a full reschedule. We monitor weather and trail conditions before every departure.
